David is the founder and director of the Arizona Underground Film Festival (AZUFF) and Tucson Terrorfest Horror Film Festival (and Horror-Con), and has also worked with numerous other festivals, including the Arizona International Film Festival, Tucson Film Festival, and D.C. Shorts Film Festival.
